Job Description :
* To guide a small team of J2EE developers in application development.
* To contribute to J2EE application programming and testing including Integration Testing.
* To assist in application implementation at client site.

Profile Description :

Technical Requirements :
- Very strong in Core Java, J2EE(JSP, Servlets) and Ajax (Mandatory)
- knowledge in MySQL Programming and RDBMS (Mandatory)
- good knowledge in Jasper Reporting tool (Mandatory)
- knowledge in Android application development would be preferred
- knowledge of Struts Framework would be a value add
- knowledge of MVC Architecture and Design Patterns would be a value add.

Non-Technical Requirements :
- very good communication and presentation skills
- good team player
- quick learner
- good analytical and problem solving skills
- good interpersonal skills, creative thinking and positive attitude

Project Experience :
- should have min. 3 years related real-time hands-on web application development experience in Java/J2EE technologies
