Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Validate pricing and valuation models.
• Sign off the data and assumptions.
• Discuss the key results/reports with the onshore team.
• Support the implementation of complex Finance transformation programs in order to improve the accuracy and timeliness of the results.
• Submission of reports/results based on Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Ensure cross training within the team to build overall knowledge around the process.
• Develop good working relationships with onshore team to ensure sound understanding of client needs.
• Ensure quality and peer review procedures are followed to comply with agreed standards.
• Continuously identify improvements to the process and bring these to the attention of the management. ? Ensure key result areas (KRA) are defined for the team members.
• Ensure attrition in the team is within the permissible organizational limit.
• Perform team appraisals and ensure periodic conduct of Reward & Recognition activities.
• Ensure appropriate legislative and regulatory standards are met.
• To lead and participate in developing a technical and client specific knowledge community within the team.
• Progress professional qualifications.
• Be flexible at all times.

Qualification: 

Graduate or Postgraduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering or Econometrics. Statistical Analyst - Postgraduate in Mathematics, Statistics or Economics..
