Job Description
Designing and developing RoR applications at the Enterprise level using Design patterns, UML and tool.
Understand the requirements and do the impact-analysis.
Participate in design and develop end to end system architecture.
Participate requirement Analysis and Effort estimations
Participate performance tuning
Client and Team handling.
Distributing task among team and approach for timely delivery.
Mentor team members.
Ensure good quality product.
Performing code review, review fixes and testing fixes.
Reporting on day to day basis.
