Must have 4 8 experience in testing.

Proficiency in writing test cases for different test types
(System, Functional, Regression, Production Sanity, Integration, Smoke, User
Acceptance, GUI)
Strong experience and knowledge of SDLC and STLC
Defect tracking, reporting reviewing and analyzing test result
Test And Defect management tool (JIRA)
Good knowledge of SQL and Databases (Oracle, DB2)
Knowledge of different quality metrics and release criteria
Experience in Supply Chain Management domain will be the added advantage
Soft skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Test planning, Team coordination and allocation, task ownership and execution in time.
