Good understanding for ITIL processes, strong communication skills.
Proficient in designing Incident, Change, Knowledge base, Problem, Release management modules in ServiceNow.
Experience in integration of ServiceNow with 3rd party tools
Proficient in Java scripting, Web services, ServiceNow architecture
Experience developing Client script, Business rule, Workflows, UI policy, UI Action...
