Job Description	1. To oversee smooth functioning of each Out Reach Centres in the cluster. 2. To provide guidance and assist in livelihood activities & NGO Partnerships programmes. 3. To monitor & ensure the effective functioning of community owned centers. 4. To monitor the sustainability targets and placements at all ORC’s. 5. To initiate and implement the new models for livelihood trainings. 6. Supervision and cross verification of all the ORC and community activities in co-ordination with ORC Incharge , ORC Manager and Camp Incharge 7. Timely evaluation of staff performance & identification of the training needs accordingly. 8. Liaison with local Government / administrative agencies to identify and participate in Government programmes/ schemes in livelihoods training 9. Network with local industries to assist in placement and donations/ sponsorships. 10. Network with other NGOs working in the area, to identify partnership opportunities and set up of ORCs / training programmes jointly with them 11. Co-ordinate between CSO and ORCs to have smooth communication/relationship.
Desired Profile	1. Relevant exp, preferably in sales / business development work 2. Good communication skills, Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is must. 3. Ready to travel extensively. 4. Well conversant with computer. 5.Post Graduate in Rural Management/Marketing Management. 6. Age between 30 to 35yrs.
