Job Description
Ensure continuous follow up with various statutory authorities for obtaining excavation permissions for cable laying.
Processing necessary payments of RI charges and obtaining excavation permits.
Planning, coordinating and ensuring timely completion of all cable trench works for HT and LT cable laying through outsourced vendors.
Ensuring completion of road reinstatement in private layouts after cable laying.
Preparing cost estimates, management memos, orders , recording site measurements and making service entry sheets.
Coordination with other departments including HT cable, LT cable, Engineering, Marketing etc.
Tracking of various payments made to authorities and initiating the process of recovery of security deposits.
Supervision of sites and QA/QC checks during work execution by contractors.
Miscellaneous :Frequent interactions with consumer and concerned capex / opex depts. representative for better site co-ordination.
Ensuring safety at work place on a continuous basis.
Arranging necessary training to contractors’ workmen on safety .
Preparation of JSA, PTW and conduct tool box talk at sites daily.
Taking measurements of the jobs carried out. Checking of bills , creation of service entry sheets and send for approvals.
Active participation in Quality initiative systems like QC, SPS projects, 5S, ISO,TBEM.

Job Description

Performing Quality Tele Monitoring & Ticket Quality Checks. Support team in achieving Customer Satisfaction target for assigned team. Creating a quality culture, keeping people focused on understanding the customer’s needs. Propose new actions to improve productivity and share best practices with the Assistant Manager and Operations Manager of the team. Ensure that Customer Satisfaction remains a focus item by working with and updating the monthly CSAT Action plan. Analyse Root causes for dissatisfaction and design solutions to address these root causes. Support Assistant Managers and Operations Managers in driving the CSAT action plan and ensure actions are completed and on target. Comes up with solutions that addresses or exceeds customers needs and expectations. Own and drive the Quality Call Process (call monitoring) and ensure feedback is being given. Own and drive the Documentation Check Process (ticket checks) and ensure feedback is being given. Ensure team is focused on updating tickets frequently. Regularly present to team and management team on Quality Improvements. Assist the team with the excellent handling of ticket records by the team.
